Alex Weber
Chief Executive Officer
As a former competitive swimmer and youth national champion in Austria, Alex developed an early passion for health, discipline, and performance. After graduating in the top 1% of his class at Vienna University of Economics and Business, he joined N26 as one of its earliest employees, eventually becoming Chief Growth Officer and leading expansion across 24 markets. He later worked with Sequoia-backed startups and served as Chief of Staff at Gousto.
Driven by his own health journey, Alex founded Calibre to help people take control of their health and end the guesswork for good.
Reinhold Innerhofer, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Clinician and sports scientist whose work spans elite sport, laboratory diagnostics, and preventive medicine. After coaching world champions at the Olympic Centre Salzburg and training in medicine at the Medical University of Vienna, he specialised in cardiovascular health, lipid metabolism, and systems-based medicine.
Driven by a belief in prevention over repair, Reinhold developed the methodology behind Calibre, combining diagnostics, data, and causal science to make personalised, proactive health accessible to everyone.
Ben Levy
Chief Technology Officer
A builder at heart, Ben has spent over a decade creating technology that brings consumer health solutions to life. With a background in software engineering, he has helped build companies including Elvie and Manual (now Voy), leading the development of regulated products used by hundreds of thousands of people globally.
Driven by a belief in proactive healthcare, Ben founded Calibre to harness advances in AI and build systems that help people take control of their long-term health.
